The Loudoun Heritage Farm Museum is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit that is dedicated to preserving, promoting, and bringing to life the rich agricultural history of Loudoun County. 

From Route 7, exit onto Cascades Parkway South. Turn left onto Loudoun Park Lane. Continue through Claude Moore Park and follow signs for the Heritage Farm Museum.
